Thursday 6th April 7pm Zoom Swimathon discussion. If you were there, in whatever role, please help us to make next year’s event even better than it was this year.
Monday 24th APRIL 6.30pm. Holiday Inn CMK. Orchard Suite. Open meeting. Mukesh will tell us about his recent trip to India and visit to Jinpura school, where we have now completed the three-year project to refurbish the school and improve the educational opportunity for the students. Kids Out to Thrift Farm 10am– 2.30pm. April 26th. 30 Children from Redway school, together with their individual carers/staff members, will be taken by special mini-buses to Thrift petting farm at Whaddon.
MAY
Wednesday 3rd May. Swimathon Cheque Presentation to nine local charities. Venue TBA.
Monday 15th May 6.30pm Holiday Inn. Hopefully, Melanie Beck will speak to us about her time as CEO of ‘My Milton Keynes’
Friday 19th to Sunday 21st May. Youth Camp. 20 young people from our charity of the year, Harry’s Rainbow, will be taken to Caldecotte Xperience in Simpson. Sam and Tash are leading the project, as they did last year, but we will need help with catering, etc.
JUNE
Friday June 9th Holiday Inn. Meal together to celebrate the year. A Fork Buffet will give everyone a choice on the day. President Nick will summarise his year and then handover to President Elect, Stanford for his plans for the year ahead.
Saturday June 24th Fundraising Race Night. Sam B is leading a special, fundraising, film night. We need a huge turnout of family & friends to make this a truly FUNdraising evening.
